Welcome to Pathway Kids!

Where Faith Grows & Families Thrive
At Pathway Kids, we are passionate about kids and their families! Our heart’s desire is for every child to know Christ and grow in their relationship with Him through fun, engaging, and age-appropriate ministries. Whether you’re visiting on a Sunday morning for the first time or looking for a mid-week connection, we have a place for your family to belong!
Our Vision and Mission
Our Vision
Children today are constantly faced with so many mixed messages and wrong philosophies that can be overwhelming and downright confusing. We believe every child deserves to know the truth (God’s truth) so they can become exactly who God created them to be. When working with and investing in our kids, not only do we see kids, but we also see future leaders. We envision our kids growing through our ministry and youth group, eventually stepping into leadership roles to mentor the next generation, and thereby continuing a cycle of faith that lasts forever. We consider it our privilege and responsibility to partner with parents to help their children develop sound Biblical knowledge and uncompromisable Christian character that will enable them to be successful in the world around them.
Our Mission
• Plant seeds that sprout (starting a relationship with Jesus - Matthew 13:3-9).
• Nurture saplings that grow (becoming devoted followers of Christ - Colossians 2:7).
• Establish trees that bear fruit and spread (through witnessing and serving - Psalm 1:3)!
Psalm 1:3 - And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
Sunday Mornings @ Pathway Seguin
Sundays are designed to help your children discover how God worked in the Bible and how He wants to work in their lives today.
We want your first visit to be seamless and stress-free! When you arrive on campus, you can follow the signs right to our Kids Building. There, you’ll be greeted at the Welcome Desk by one of our friendly kids ministry team members who will be able to answer any questions you might have, as well as help you get checked in. You will be directed to the child’s classroom, where you can meet the teacher and ask any questions. Finally, we’ll help you find where you can join one of our many adult Bible fellowship groups. (And of course, if you have a child in 6th-12th grade, we’ll show you where our youth group meets.)
As a part of our safety protocol, upon check-in, you and your child will both receive a badge with a matching alphanumeric code that must again be matched up and verified by the teacher before the child is released at pickup.
Sunday School Hour - (9:00 - 10:15 AM)
- Babies - 5th grade:
- Our dedicated, loving teachers and staff provide a warm environment for children to dive into God's Word before our 10:30am worship service.
- We use The Gospel Project curriculum, a three-year chronological study that goes through many of the main stories of the Bible and shows how the whole Bible points to Jesus!
- We believe all children (even as young as our babies) are capable of learning so much, so we don’t just provide “babysitting”. It’s much more than that! Your children will learn songs about God, hear stories from the Bible, engage in activities that reinforce the lesson, enjoy play time with friends, and so much more!
- Babies - 3 years will be cared for by both professional nursery employees and trusted church volunteers.
- 4 years - 5th grade will be in their age-specific class where they will make friends, have fun, and dig deep into God’s Word and how it applies to their everyday life.
Main Service Hour - (10:30 - 11:30 AM)
- Babies - 3 years: can remain in their classroom from the time you drop them off for Sunday School until you pick them up after the main service. We will have your contact info on their name tag and will reach out to you if needed.
- 4 years (as of Sept. 1) - 1st Grade: have the option of attending Kids Church. You will pick them up from Sunday School and take them to the auditorium with you for the beginning of the service. After the last congregational song and just before the pastor preaches, kids will be dismissed to enjoy their own special time of learning. (You will need to please sign them in at the computer located at the Welcome Center if they haven’t been signed in already.)
- 2nd - 5th grade: will be picked up from Sunday School and will join and remain with their parents in the auditorium for the main service. Special sermon notes for kids are to help them follow along and learn.
- Cry Room: If you prefer to keep your little ones close, we have a Cry Room located on the piano side of the auditorium balcony. It is equipped with a radio tuned to the service, so you can stay engaged with the sermon while your child has space to roam, play, and yes, even cry.
Sunday Mornings @ Pathway Navarro
As of Easter Sunday, April 5th, 2026, we have launched an early church service, complete with children’s ministry, at the Navarro Intermediate School. You can join us for our Navarro Service from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM! We transform the school gym into a vibrant space for kids to learn and grow.
• Arrival: You can check in and drop off your children any time after 8:45 AM. The check-in station is located in the main hallway.
• Age-Specific Groups: To ensure your child learns at the right level, we have three designated areas: Babies–1 year olds, 2–4 year olds, and Kindergarten–5th graders.
• Where We Meet: Classes take place in the gym entrance area and the gym itself.
• What We Learn: We use The Gospel Project curriculum, a three-year chronological study that goes through many of the main stories of the Bible and shows how the whole Bible points to Jesus!
Your Child's Safety is Our Priority
We know that trust is earned, and we take your child’s security very seriously. To ensure a safe and healthy environment, we have the following measures in place:
- Trusted Leadership: All workers (paid and volunteer) undergo background checks. Volunteers must also be regular attendees in good standing for at least six months before working with minors.
- Accountability: We maintain a minimum of two adult leaders in every room at all times.
- Secure Check-In: We use a badge system for children and parents. Both badges feature a matching alphanumeric code that must be presented and verified for child pick-up.
- Constant Monitoring: Security cameras are located throughout the building. A monitor is visible in the foyer for observation (Seguin campus), and our Kids Building is locked during service times (Seguin).

We can’t wait to meet you and your kiddos!
